Pilates Barre​
A targeted, full-body workout, performed at the ballet barre & on the mat. Each class combines the lengthening, strengthening and toning results of classical ballet technique, with Pilates movement principles - improving posture flexibility, coordination & balance. Pilates Barre is suitable for all levels, no previous experience of Pilates or Ballet is required! (chair or surface required as a barre)
